Return and Refund Policy
• Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons are generally not accepted.
Because art pieces are often one-of-a-kind or handcrafted, most shops do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "it wasn't what I expected," "the size didn't fit," or "I changed my mind." (Examples: Monthly Art Plus, Initial Gallery, etc.)
• Individual differences and variations in color
Handmade art and prints are generally expected to have slight differences in color between the image and the actual product, and returns due to these differences are not accepted (e.g., Ability Inclusive Art).
Exceptional cases in which returns and exchanges are permitted
In exceptional cases, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted if the product has any of the following defects.
• For any damage (such as damage during shipping), please contact us by email.
• If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please return it and we will exchange it for you.
• In the case of a return due to a defect, the shop will cover the return shipping costs and reshipping costs.
- One-of-a-kind items are not replaceable, so a full refund will be issued.
Points to note when purchasing
Please be sure to check the gallery's return policy before purchasing.
If you receive a defective product or if the product is damaged during shipping, please contact the shop by email as soon as possible after receiving the product (usually within a few days, with attached photos).
If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it at your own expense. We will check for any damage to the item and then issue a refund. If there is a defect, we will refund the full amount minus the cost of repairs.
